In addition to a lobby area with 24-hour reception and check-out services, facilities available to guests at this 74-room city hotel include a safe, currency exchange and a cloakroom, as well as a café, supermarket, hairdressing salon and a TV lounge. A bar, pub and restaurant are on hand for drinks and dining options. Younger guests can let off some steam at the children's playground.

The rooms have a seating area and a kitchenette with a fridge suitable for making light snacks. In addition to a private bathroom with a bathtub, shower and hairdryer, they are equipped with centrally controlled air conditioning and heating units, a telephone, satellite/cable TV and Internet access. Each comes with a double bed and a balcony or terrace.

The hotel's concept is one of thermal tourism. Using the natural underwater spring water for which the area is famous, the hotel has both an indoor and outdoor travertine pool for this purpose. There is also a normal outdoor pool and children's pool with a poolside snack bar and sun loungers and parasols laid out for use by the water's edge. Other facilities include a sauna, gym and sun terrace, which guests may use for an extra charge. Alternatively, guests can relax with special spa packages for an additional fee.
